DaLeyna R. Adkinson is a veteran marketer with nearly 15 years of strategy, innovation, and brand marketing experience. Having worked at the intersections of culture, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and marketing, DaLeyna has led multicultural marketing efforts across the sports, entertainment and technology industries helping leading brands to connect with diverse and underrepresented audiences include TV One, Meta (Facebook) and the now Superbowl Champion, Los Angeles Rams.

Bio

Currently, DaLeyna in the Vice President, Strategy & Head of Inclusive Marketing for NVE Experience Agency, where she leads a division responsible for creating campaigns that celebrate diverse and underrepresented communities for leading brands such as Netflix, Apple, Spotify, Diageo (Ciroc, Crown Royal) and more. 

Most recently, DaLeyna served as the Strategy Lead for Meta (Facebook) Reality Labs DEI Marketing division where she helped create FRL’s first DEI Marketing Center of Excellence. Prior to that, she led multicultural marketing for the Los Angeles Rams. In this role, she transformed the franchise’s fan growth strategy bolstering brand affinity by nearly 20 YOY% through the development of culturally relevant campaigns and partnerships. Her efforts resulted in the franchise’s first fully integrated Black History Month campaign and the launch of Vamos Rams, a dedicated platform designed to celebrate the Latin community all year long through community engagement, arts, cultural moments, and fashion.

Throughout her career, she has received numerous honors and awards including TV One Employee of Year (Chairman’s Award) and 2019 Clio Shortlist recipient. She is a member of the Adweek Awards Brand Jury which evaluates the best campaigns from around the around and was recently selected University of California Riverside’s as an educational advisor for the college’s Transformational Leadership Executive Program. When she isn’t working, DaLeyna is an avid Soulcycle enthusiast and is currently writing a professional development book on the value of multicultural and inclusive marketing.  

DaLeyna Adkinson  is a proud graduate of an HBCU and received her B.S from Bowie State University.
